No. But he might be sending the message in RTF format? It would then arrive
as plain text. If that's what's happening ask him to change to sending in
HTML. If he's already doing that and it's still getting messed up there's
nothing you can do about it at your end. If you complain too much they'll
make you get a Windows PC...
