Hi
At some stage during the various upgrades to Leopard and Office 2008, my Entourage inbox has stared showing the computer's owner name rather than the specific recipient name in the 'to' column.
There are three users here, and we have to open the message to see who was meant to receive it. It's shown like this: ownername<sally@isp.com>.
I can't seem to find the source of the problem. There's nothing in the account settings within Entourage, which suggests that it occurred when I installed Office 2008. I have no idea how to change any other setting in Office.
Any suggestions for a fix?
Thanks
Stefan

Hi Stefan!

Have a look at my blog post about something similar. This may be what
you're seeing.

He's right!
I entered the names in to the Entourage address book - and bingo!
All fixed.
Funny sort of 'feature'.
