You need to get my Sync Entourage-iCal script here:

MacScripter.net <http://macscripter.net/scriptbuilders/>

If this is a one-time transfer you can do it for free since the script has a
14-day free trial period.

Paul, I thought that your Sync Entourage-iCal script was for Entourage 2004
only.

Oops, you're right, I didn't spot the "X".

I'm afraid there's no way to do it. iCal exports only entire calendars as
multi-event-and-todo .ics files, and Entourage imports only single-item
(event, task or note) .ics files.

If there's some utility out there that could export calendars form iCal as
tab-text delimited files, or convert the multi-item ,ics files to tab text,
then my Export-Import Entourage scripts could import the resulting file. But
I don't know of any such intermediary.
