Just copy the Microsoft User Data folder from one machine to the other:
<G3 PowerBook>/Users/<Your User>/Documents/Microsoft User Data/
to
<G4 PowerBook>/Users/<Your User>/Documents/
Note that this only works if both machines are running the same version of
Entourage. Also, please remember that this will delete all existing
Entourage data on the new machine. If you want to keep existing data on the
laptop, instead only copy the .../Microsoft User Data/Office X
Identities/<Your Identity> folder on the G3 to the same location on the G4.
Then, in Entourage, go to Entourage -> Switch Identity to access your
existing identity
