Import from Apple Mail, Address Book, iCal to MS Entorage 2004?

Hi, I have hovered my finger over the buy Office 2004 Mac edition for a=20
while now, but need to know if I can import all my Apple Mail, Address =
Book=20
and iCal details into it?

Cant find anything on the MS site apart from it saying it can import =
from=20
other apps, but it doesn't say which?

Any help much appreciated

Mail.app import is built into Entourage 2004. Address Book import can be
accomplished via drag and drop, or via one of Paul B. AppleScripts. iCal
import, you'll need Paul B.'s script.

You can import from Apple Mail, but not iCal or Address Book, using
Entourage's "Import" utility. You can transfer contacts from Address Book
to Entourage by dragging them to the Desktop and then dragging them into
Entourage.

You can also import Address Book *and* iCal data using some of Paul's
recently released & updated scripts. You can get them all from
ScriptBuilders @ MacScripter.
