Go to Entourage > Preferences, and then, under "General Preferences", click
"Security". Check the option to "Display complex HTML in messages".

When you click a message with images that aren't displaying, you should see
a yellow Info Bar above the message that says that the images haven't been
downloaded for your protection, as well as a link to "Download Pictures".
Just click that link to see the images.
