I have 3 identities set up with Entourage--personal, business, and
online orders. Works great. Problem: I got a new Mac and set up
Entourage with the same 3 identities, but now ALL the mail from ALL
the identities is being delivered to my personal account. Defeats the
purpose.

How can I get mail from Identity 2 and 3 to stop showing up in the
mailbox for Identity 1? Many thanks.

Are these pop accounts? If so, all mail collected from pop accounts goes, by
default, to the inbox under 'on my computer'. You can redirect such tems to
different folder by using mail rules.

If the accounts are IMAP, Exchange or Hotmail, they should be using their
own inboxes. If this mail is landing in a different folder, the cause may be
explained here:

Barry, thank you so much!

I tried creating a rule to redirect mail. That didn't work. I opened
the Mail List Manager and it was empty. Here's what finally worked:

I opened the account settings for the extra 2 identities and UN-
checked the box marked "include this account in my send and receive
all" schedule.

Bingo. Problem solved.

Now I'm bummed because my Leopard upgrade did not arrive yesterday as
Apple promised, so I have to wait until Monday.
