Running Entourage 11.1.0 on Mac G-5 with OS X.3.9 and using hotmail without
difficulty until yesterday when I can¹t receive it. Get error message 39,
³Can¹t receive Hotmail. End of file is reached.²
Anyone know what this means? How to fix???
I can get hotmail by signing into Hotmail.com and putting in email and
password.

Hi, Hal,

I also get ³The end of file was reached.² Error 39 when I attempt to sync
my hotmail account in Entourage. This problem only began a couple days ago
but happens every time I try to get my messages now.

Anyone have any ideas?

I am also experiencing an identical problem, and it started in the pat
couple of days. Likewise, Hotmail works fine when accessed on the web.
I am running Entourage 2004 and Tiger.

I deleted Entourage preferences from user/library/preferences/microsoft

And all seams to work ok
