First, I would switch into the other identities and see if they have
anything useful in them. Choose 'switch identity...' from the Entourage menu
(you will need to quit all other office apps first).
If there is nothing you want to recover in there, just delete them. If there
is stuff you want to keep, export it to a safe place with the 'export'
command under the file menu, switch back to your main identity and then
choose 'import' from the file menu to bring it all into the main identity.
After going through this for all the identities, you can just trash what's
left behind.
