I definitely used to have it. Maybe it disappeared with Office 2004?
I think I recall it disappearing before, and called Microsoft, and they
told me how to recover the icons, but foolishly I didn't write down how
to do it (imagining the problem was solved) and now I can't remember
how to do it!
