Entourage's HTML creation engine is extremely restricted compared to
Outlook's; any complex HTML snippets which are pasted into an Entourage
message is bound to get garbled. The only thing you can do right now is
forward *entire* HTML messages by selecting one of them and choosing
Message>Forward as Attachment; that way, the HTML of the original message
stays intact, but of course you will not be able to edit that message
anymore.

It has not. If this is important to you, suggest it to Microsoft.
