I work with a vendor that is using Entourage (latest version) to send
emails. His default settings are HTML using 10pt Verdana. However,
when his clients receive the messages, they appear at much smaller
sizes - sometimes illegible. This is true for both Mac and Windows
recipients. Can someone help?

Thanks,
Scott

Rather than forcing *your* font face and size attributes on your
clients, I suggest instead sending emails as Plain Text - that way
clients will automatically display the email in whatever their
*preferred* font face and size is.

Windows fonts seem much smaller on the Mac. Use command + to enlarge.
