You can't delete the folders "On My Computer" but you can take advantage
of a new Entourage 2008 feature to move your favorite account to the
top. If you're using Gmail's IMAP settings then you can set your Gmail
account as your default in Tools --> Accounts and move that account to
the top of your folder list.
