Font size for printed messages

Folks,

How does one set it so that when printing out an email message, the
'Subject', 'Date', 'From' info etc, are set to a preferred font type/size?

I can change the font type/size for the actual message text through
Entourage Preferences but can't see where to change the config for the
message heading info.

The message header info follows the setting for HTML text in Preferences.

I just recently had to decide that I'd rather waste some paper than go blind
when reading html mail--perhaps you'll make a different decision. :( It's
a very annoying situation.
