They have, but it's in Word. To do one envelope at a time, go to Word.
Tools/Envelopes. In the dialog, click the address book icon in the top
section, enter the contact name (it's easy - it auto-completes) or scroll
for it and select. All your Entourage contacts are available - it's the same
address book. Choose at the bottom whether you want Default, Home or Work
address. Click Insert. It's done. you'll also see your own address as Return
Address (check "Use my address", or go through the same procedure of you
want a non-default address). Click OK. and there's your envelope. (Lots of
options available if you want them - WAY more than Palm Desktop offers.)
