Is there any way I can export all my Projects in one go as I can the Address
Book, Calendar and Tasks? Do I really need to open each Project and select
"Backup" from the "Overview" tab?

I want an easy way to keep Entourage on my machine at work and on my
PowerBook at home synchronised and archiving/restoring seemed like the way
to go, but I'm not so sure. Any ideas how I can easily keep the two in sync
would be very much appreciated.

Many thanks in anticipation,

Tony

You could share your projects via a file server, but unless you're working
in a corporate environment, chances are you don't have access to a server.
Apart from that solution, there's currently no easy way of sharing a
project, short of transferring your MUD folder from one machine to another.
Entourage stores its data in a database located in ~/Documents/Microsoft
User Data, so if you were to transfer the Microsoft User Data folder from
your work machine to your PowerBook, you'd have the exact same data on both
machines, including your project settings and so on. Major caveat: you'll
have to use one machine as your main machine, i.e. you cannot make
modifications to your Entourage databases on both machines, as one database
will automatically be overwritten when you transfer your MUD. If you need
more information on transferring your MUD folder, post back; sorry for not
being able to give you a better answer to your question.
