Does anyone know how to do it?

I have been trying to export them, but I dont know how to export them in the
vcard format, is it possible?

Paul has developed an application (shareware) that allows you to
synchronize the data between the Address Book and Entourage:

That's what I use.

And if it's a "one shot" import, you may use the "Import addresses"
AppleScript. You can find it in the "Script menu" > "Mail Scripts".

If you haven't already, you should know there's a certain number of
AppleScripts you can find there, by launching the "Script Menu.menu" item
from the "AppleScript" Folder in your "Application" folder... It'll bring a
new item in your Menu bar (on the right part).
