I am having trouble sychronizing Entourage 2008 with an Exchange2003 account. Specifically the 'Sent Items' folder seems to cause persistent problems with constant 'Unable to synchronize record' error messages. I have tried all the typical suggestions - clearing the cache and re-synchronizing, creating a new profile (done on 6 or more occasions now), checking the database etc. Nothing unfortunately stops the error messages. interestingly if I send a message it is delivered fine, but the message is never (or rarely) synchronized to the Sent Items folder.

I have read of others having the same problem, but not come across any solutions?

Thanks

Andy

Since I'm not seeing this on a similar setup, I wonder whether it could
be a server issue. Do you know whether the server has had all the
service packs applied to it?? Is it fully up to date?
