10.1.4 overall works fine-receiving Exchange-based e-mail just as I had done
with Entourage before this update (via IMAP), although I now can see public
folders as well. So far, I have NOT been able to see other¹s calendars nor
view the global address book, but I suspect it requires more detail about
the LDAP server. Unfortunately, my network admin does not know of this, and
only knows the exchange server¹s address (which I know as well, since I get
my e-mail just fine.)

Any suggestions from those who have gotten this to work? Thanks!

David Toub, M.D.

Can it be customized, you mean? No, it cannot.

These last two things are good suggestions. I encourage you to submit them
to Microsoft. In Entourage X, go to Help -> Send Feedback on Entourage.
Otherwise, click on this direct link to enter Mac Product Feedback:

As Mickey correctly pointed out, you can search the GAL. You can¹t browse
the entire GAL in Entourage.

Since you can¹t gain access to your company¹s global lists, this makes the
email system of Entourage rather, umm, completely fucked?
