Exchange 2003 GAL and Entourage x.10.1.5

Can anyone please advise me how i can import or access an Exchange 2003
global address list from within Entourage?
I can access the GAL via LDAP (3268) however have to manually add the
entries to the Entourag Personal address list which isnt convenient as GAL
entries frequently change

That's it. That's all you can do. We only access the GAL through LDAP
and it work like a search engine. You can only add what you found in a
search :-\ (as far as I know anyway).
