Error: -18597

I have recently installed Office 2004 and am trying to setup
Entourage. I am able to do the initial setup, however when I try to
send/receive I get the following error;

HTTP error. Access to the resource is forbidden

Error: -18597

I am running OS 10.3.4 Any information that can be given would
be greatly appreciated.

Try sending and receiving independently to see which one causes the error.

I too just installed office 2004 and after trying to connect to the MS
Exchange server I get the same error message. My IT department is
anti-Apple and giving me the "I told you so". Any information would
be greatly appreciated.
