In Panther, there is no Login Items in System Preferences, correct. (Those
instructions work in Jaguar)
Go to Accounts in System Preferences. Select your own account. Click
"Startup Items". Follow the rest of Diane's instructions from there.
We may need to update the FAQ for this for Panther too.
