Entourge X called a AppleScript, trigger Excel to send a mail but got ""Connection invalid"

Hi,

I wrote a AppleScript to trigger a serial activites, like download
file from a server, open an Excel macro, and come out a result.
The final setp of it is Excel macro will use MacScript to send out a
mial.
Something interesting is, Excel macro will run smoothly without
problem. The AppleScript to trigger Excel macro run without problem.
But once I use Entourage X, >Tools>Run Schedule to trigger the
AppleScript, it always pop-up an error message " Connect invalid" then
all hang..

Can someone help me on this mystery?
