I'm a new entourage user, but with the help of some friends have gotten used to it. I'm trying to connect with my work Outlook e-mail account and have been able to do so...to the point of only sending from my newly created address. However, I cannot receive e-mails and am not sure why?<br>

I've set up the POP settings and the outgoing mail settings...so not sure what else to do.<br>

Help?

What happens when you try? Do you get an error? What settings are you using?

Specific information is required.

It says the authorization failed? and what do you mean by what setting am I using?<br>

I simply copied and pasted the POP and SMTP settings from my work into the POP settings and went from there.
