I have a user on my network that has been experiencing the spinning
beachball whenever her entourage is syncing with the Exchange server.
Whenever the "send and receive all" schedule is running, she get's the
spinning beachball when she tries to type a new message or move from
the Inbox to another folder or move from one message to the other etc
etc. In short she gets the spinning beachball when she tries to do
anything in Entourage. We've noticed that this started happening since
we ran the Office 2004 update.
What is very strange is that it happens on any computer that her
Entourage acct is set up on - which leads me to think it maybe
something with her mailbox and not necessarily Entourage 2004. But she
is fine when using OWA.
If anyone has experienced this problem and can point me in the
direction of a fix for it, I would really appreciate any advice you can
give me.
