Hello All,

I poked around the web site and didn't see an answer for this issue, but I
feel like someone must have encountered/solved it before.

For the third time this month (and probably the 10th time in the last couple
years) Entourage 2004 (11.3.6) is re-downloading my dot-mac account mail
(pop). I've rebuilt the database, started from scratch, and just manually
deleted them and still the problem persists.

By comparison, Eudora and Mail.app never have this problem (for me).

I prefer to use POP over IMAP -- is this just a bug I'm going to have to
live with?

Thanks!

Rich

This is frequently reported and there is no concrete answer. It seems to be
more of an ISP server issue. Your best solution is to use of on the remove
duplicate scripts to clean up when this happens.
