Entourage outbox problem / rebuild not work!

I was sending email but the mail jammed to outbox. When i try to open
outbox i got message "entourage data error" and outbox shows gray and
empty. I cant receive mails or send them now and this OPTION + star
entourage dont do anything (i dont get any rebuild database windows)
i dont know why that rebuild database window wont come. System is Mac
OSX 10.xx (Finnish) (nevest) and alla entourage updates all loaded. .
Help me pls...

You haven't said which version of Entourage you have. If it's 2004, quit
Entourage and go to /Applications/Microsoft Office 2004/Office/Database
Utility and double-click it. Can you do a Rebuild from there?

Although, to be clear, starting Entourage while holding down Option does
work (usually) as a way of summoning the Database Utility even in
Entourage 2004. m.
