Are you attempting to connect to your Exchange Server from inside or
outside your company network?
If you're attempting to connect from inside then make sure you have the
correct Exchange Server address. It may have changed without your
knowing it. Also, be sure you're using it's fully qualified domain name
(FQDN), which will look like "server.domain.com" instead of just

If you're attempting to connect from outside then connect first to your
webmail server and then copy/paste the URL into the Exchange Server
address field of your account. You'll also probably need to make sure
