I'm curious if anybody else has seen this problem:
I have a user who sends Exchange email from her Cingular 2125 smart
phone. These messages display correctly in most other clients, but
when she views her sent mail in Entourage, one of three issues occurs:
1. Instead of the message being displayed, she sees a bunch of html
code.
2. She gets part html and part or all of the message, though what's
readable of the message has been altered slightly (ie a test email
with the text "Test" shows up as "Test=").
3. The email appears entirely as garbage (ie "A0004422FFFJJ..." and
on and on...).

Additionally, all messages sent from her phone to herself, and any
messages from her that she looks at in her sent items in Entourage
show up with no information for the sender and the subject "<no
subject>" regardless of whether or not she used one.

I encountered this same problem when sending a test message to myself
from my Sprint 6700 Pocket PC phone over Exchange in Entourage. This
seems to be a problem only with Entourage, and my guess is it has
something to do with HTML formatted emails, but I'm no expert, so does
anybody have any ideas?

Thanks,
Dennis

This sounds like a known issue, documented here:
<http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=926521>

Hopefully, it will be addressed in a future update.
