When I receive some emails from friends using PC's with outlook, the
formatting is changed dramatically (Times New Roman becomes a monotype,
etc).

Does not happen to all emails from all pcs.

Is the problem with my settings, or the sender's?

Thanks

There are three different rules that will help with this problem:

Make font larger for pc mail (also helps display characters correctly)

Check for recipients known to use Windows using category

Check for popular PC e-mail programs
