H ithere,
Can you try making a new identity and re-create your Exchange account? =
Lets see if it downloads everything from the Exchange server first, then =
lets see if you create new items in Entourage if those will be uploaded =
to the Exchange server. Lets see if the basics work first then lets =
look at getting the Blackberry in the picture, etc.
Thanks,
-Jaime

I have upgraded to Office 2008. One of my mailboxes is on a hosted =
Exchange server, also synched to my BlackBerry. I imported the Entourage =
2004 identity and everything synchs fine, except for address book =
contacts.
First no contacts showed up in the folder, then I manually copied the =
previous identity contacts, and I got duplicate contacts in my Exchange =
account.
Now the problem is that address book synch doesn't occur at all =
between Entourage 2008 and the Exchange server (and the Blackberry too, =
of course). If I add a contact in Entourage it shows up in the Exchange =
mailbox, but not the other way round. Today I added a contacts on the =
Blackberry and nothing showed in Entourage.
Calendar and email synching work flawlessly (so far :-)).
I verified the settings and all seems ok.
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance for the help. I really like the new software, and I =
wouldn't want to downgrade again.
Best regards,
Daniele
