Additional Contacts folders are only possible in Exchange accounts, if you
have Entourage 2004 11.2, not locally ("On my Computer"). If you have an
exchange account, select either the main (or any other) exchange Contacts
folder in the Address Book area, or else click the Exchange account or any
Contacts folder within it in the Folders pane of the Mail area, then
File/New/Folder, name it, flip the Folder Type popup to Address Book if it
isn't already, and confirm the folder location. There you are.
