Select the contact(s), and then go to Edit > Categories > Junk.

Create a rule (Tools > Rules) that looks like this:
IF Category is Junk
THEN Delete Message
This will work provided you are marking contacts as junk and the option to
"Automatically match message categories to senders' categories" in Edit >
Preferences > General / Address Book is checked.
