They are listening, this newsgroup is monitored by MS employees specifically
to pick up on bug reports and feature requests.
They are aware of the problem and, I have no doubt, are working on a fix.
They, obviously, can't comment on when that fix may/may not appear until
they know what the problem is and what fixing it will 'cost' in terms of
time, resources and side effects.
