I'm having a lot of problems with email from my contacts being labeled as
"Junk" and going directly to the Deleted Items folder. I have turned the
Junk Mail Filter off, and it still happens. I have it on low and have it
set up that no one in my address book should be classified as junk, and it
still happens. Any suggestions?

Thanks!
Robin

If you are using an Exchange server, this is a known bug and is being
worked on.

No, I'm not using an Exchange server. But thanks.

Do you have any Rules that send mail to the Deleted Items folder? If you
disable your rules, does this still happen? If yes, then I suggest
rebuilding your database. Hold the option key down when starting Entourage.

To answer your questions, I didn't have rules, and this happened. I added
rules to try to make it not happen (i.e. If it is categorized as Junk, put
in Inbox), and it still happened.

What does that mean to rebuild the database?

Thanks,
Robin
