Entourage Icon Disappeared From Dock?

Hi,

I have Office 2008.

I turned on my computer this morning and the Entourage icon was missing from
my Dock in OS X (10.5.4). I found this very strange. I had to go to
Applications/Microsoft Office 2008 and re-drag it back to the dock.

I have ruled out accidental removal from the dock, because I am 99.99%
confident I didn't do that.

What else could have caused this? Should I be worried?

I am running Entourage (Office) 12.1.1.

Two things can do this:
- An accidental removal from the Dock
- a corruption in the Dock preferences. If it is the later, then I would
expect to see more weird things going on with the Dock in the next few
days.

Any way to reset the dock preferences to a non-corrupt state? Or would a
rebuild be required?

Drag it to the trash, log out and back in, empty the trash.
Very obviously, it will reset all Dock-related preferences.
