In my humble opinion, one of the worst features in Entourage is the fact that when you delete an email message it automatically goes to the next (newer) message. When I used Outlook and had my emails sorted form newest to oldest I would simply start at the top and it would automatically move down the list. Is there a way to make Entourage 2008 work the same? Thanks.

A lot depends on the view you are using. There are shortcuts that go to the
next unread message. In 3 pane view you can just use the space bar to go to
the next message. In preferences you can select how long before a message is
marked as read.
