I am having issues getting Entourage 2008 to perform LDAP lookups with my
DC/GC in an AD environment. I have it configured the same as a co-worker,
but I get an error -17799 every time I try to do a lookup. I have the "This
server requires me to log in" checkbox ticked. I have tried 4 different
DC's in my environment and still get the same message. I have my Exchange
server set up to the OWA address
(https://webmail.domain.net/exchange/emailaddress@domain.net) and email
works fine.

Please let me know if I missed something brutally obvious.

Nevermind. I found the issue myself, using tcpdump. I forgot to add my
domain to the proxy exception list, and was attempting to LDAP through the
proxy I have set up.

Duh.
Thanks anyway.
