Entourage, Exchange and Blackberry Enterprise

Good evening everyone,

Since upgrading to Office 2008 (standard edition) from 2004, about once a week Entourage 2008, Exchange 2007 and my company's BES all stop playing nice in the sandbox together.

The symptoms are:

Entourage will either stop displaying new messages, or when I delete a message from Entourage, it doesn't really delete (OWA still shows it). Additionally, when i delete a message from Entourage, my Blackberry doesn't reflect the changes to the account. It's like Entourage stops syncing with Exchange.

If I delete the identity and rebuild the Exchange account, the problem goes away for about a week, but it's been coming back each week for the past three. Kinda annoying.

Any thoughts?

Thoughts? If you have not run the 12.0.1 update yet, don't.
As soon as I did, Entourage and the Exchange stopped being friends (plus other annoying behaviors). It appears as if this version is still in Beta ...

That looks like a server-side issue... I really dont; see that on our
Exchange server here,

I have 12.0.1 and am also experiencing problems with my Blackberry getting out of sync with Exchange. If I make changes (read, delete) on my phone those changes come thru to Entourage. However changes on my Entourage don't get back to my phone. I have opened my inbox using web mail and the changes reflect there they just never get back to the phone...

I read that emptying the cache on your inbox (CMD-I, Empty Cache) sometimes solves the problem, but it hasn't worked for me.

Hello,
Is there or isn't there a know problem with 12.0.1 and Blackberry regarding synchronization? I have our IT people looking into it and it would be helpful to know before they do extensive server side investigations.
