I'm not sure I understand... You mean you can connect from Entourage and from
outside your network but not from inside the network ??

What if you enter the IP of the server instead of the name ?? Are you sure
you have the same settings in both cases ??

I can connect to my Exchange server using Entourage when I am away from the
business office. I assume that its using WebDav to connect. I use the IP
address for the Exchange Server. However, when I am in the office (using
the LAN), I cannot connect using the same account. I have tried using the
web address as well as just the server name, but I am still unsuccessful.

The IP you are using from outside might be a "public" IP you can't
connect to from inside. You might have to use a differnet IP from inside
the LAN. Can you connect to Webmail from Work ??

No I am unable to connect to the Outlook Web Access from within the office.
PC computers within our office cannot either. However they have no problem
using Outlook to access their mail via Exchange 2000.

There's really something weird there.

Yeah, but Outlook is using a different protocol altogether.
The only way out I can think of would be to find the IP address of the
mail server on the LAN and use it directly in the ENtourage settings
from work.

I discovered that I did not have the correct server name. For whatever
reason our server name from the outside ends in .org, but in order to
connect from within the network it is .com

Exchange Server - folder.servername.com
Domain - Blank

Thanks a ton!

I'm glad you found out why it didn't work. THanks for posting back the
conclusion in the group.
