 - Outlok 2007 picture attachments resizing Hello again, New to the mac and just trying to see if there are some similar processes. In Outlook 2007 there is an option to automatically resize your pictures when you either reply or forward a message with pictures in them.  - Outlook 2007 Nelson Email organizer Hello there, I was wondering if there was a program similar to http://www.caelo.com/ 's Nelson email organizer that is for Entourage. I have an employee that is switching from PC to mac because of all the issues with the Windows OS and they have used this nelson program religiously.  - Cannot send messages from entourage since setting up Blackberry. Hi, After setting up my blackberry device, I am no longer able to send email messages from Microsoft Entourage 2004. Entourage repeatedly attempts to send out all of my incoming messages with no recipients, leaving error messages of "no recipient" for each. How can I rectify this?  - Sync Entourage Contacts between computers I would like to keep Entourage contacts synced between 3 networked computers. Is sync services and .Mac the best way of doing it?  - spinning ball Entourage is not working. I have to force quit all the time. It seems stuck as I have one new message to read and one new message to be sent. But the minute I open the program the ball starts turning and won't stop. I have uninstalled the whole office program 2004 for Mac and installed, done permission repairs.  - Problems with IMAP account I spoke to user yesterday who uses Entourage as his email client. We're at a university and the user has an IMAP account. Everything WAS working fine until, according to the user, he "clicked on something." After this event, his new mail was no longer going to the IMAP account inbox, but rather the Inbox under "Folders on this computer." I have no idea why it did this. I looked and didn't find any rules. During a remote session, I deleted the IMAP account and recreated it. This caused another problem in that all of the user's "Sent Mail" that was on the mail server was moved to the "Trash" folder on the mail server. The new mail is still being sent to the "Inbox" under "Folders on this computer" AND a copy of the new email is sent to the "Trash" folder on the mail server. I have no idea what could possibly be causing Entourage to behave this ways. I would appreciate ANY help that can be offered. Thank you. Tag: Entourage Error Tag: 80455

 - Calendar save as web page w/background graphic Hi. I haven't been able to resolve this problem: When saving a calendar as a web page, checking 'Use background graphic' then clicking 'Choose', all picture files are grayed out in the selection dialog (jpg, jpeg, tiff, gif, etc.). I'm saving a month view (current month) with landscape orientation. I'm using 2004, version 11.3.6, but the problem has been there since I installed Office 2004.  - All e-mails & personal folder in Entourage have vanished Help! My compter prompted me to download the latest update for Entourage and now when I open Entourage, it's as if it was newly installed on my computer.  - Can't send Ever since April 15th I have not been able to send e-mails from Entourage. I have 2 hotmail accounts that I have been using through Entourage for several years without problems and now am unable to send any e-mails. I can receive them just fine, I just can't send. I have Entourage 10.1.6 and have tried to update, however have been told that the updates can't find the appropriate software to update.  - Exchange Server 2007 incompatibility with Entourage I have been using Office 2004 Entourage to communicat ewith the university's exchange server for calendar, address book and email. Worked great until the university upgraded to Exchange 2007 software this am, then nothing - error 107 no explanation. I upgraded Entourage to the latest version 11.3.7 and still no luck.  - Delete IMAP email = SBBOD Hello, One of my end users has this strange issue when he tries to delete a bulk of emails out of his IMAP inbox. It is sporadic, but sometimes causes the SBBOD, and then he has to force quit the application. This is happening on both of our entourage clients. The 3 end user is using the mail.app from Apple and is not having any problems deleting multiple emails. Does anyone have any ideas?  - New and outgoing mail sounds Up until yesterday I would get a sound when a new mail arrived, went out or an appointment reminder came up. Now I get none of these. The other sounds on my system work and I have checked the Entourage preferences listing for sounds and it is appropriately checked.  - Auto-remove calendar events from inbox after accepting/declining In Outlook, when you accept or decline a meeting invite, it disappears from your inbox.  - Small text on reply emails Hello. I have a Macbook Pro with OS 10.4.10 and Office 2004 11.3.6 installed on it. We;re having an issue in entourage where reply emails (with the exception of the newest message) have extremely small font. Has anyone seend this before? I have the option marked to send in the format in which the email was received, but I can't seem to find any option that would cause this. I would like to fix this without resorting to using text based emails. It does not matter is a windows or mac user applies...it does not seem to be program specific. Thanks!  - Spam and rules not working Okay - I'm using Entourage on my Mac (G5 tower) at work, and at home (Intel iMac). I have the exact same settings on both versions, but at home on the intel mac the spam filter doesn't work - nor do any of the rules I've set up. (for example, mark anything that says "s0ftware" as junk, regardless of the from address) This is absolutely maddening, as right now Entourage isn't catching ONE spam message.  - Using Web Based Mail (Hotmail) in Entourage? How do I set up Entourage to use web based mail as the email? I know there must be an easy way but ... And is there a way to have more than one email address use the same entourage account? For example I have a hotmail address and an email from school -- both of which I access from the web. This only happens when mail is sent from the mobile device. If I send directly from entourage, the sent message is just fine. Its driving me crazy... Any ideas.  - Is there a way to enlarge the tiny fonts used by default in the Calender view? I cant make the calendar fonts any larger. Also, is there a way to change my settings so can quickly enter an appointment without having to open a new window, save it, then delete the appointment window ? Last; in calender view can I show my tasks alongside the calender somehow? I have the student version; is that without some features of the full version?  - iPhone Syncing I posted this last Thursday and haven't seen any responses, yet. Does anyone have any insight into this issue? ____________________________ My Entourage address book contains more than a thousand names. I don't want everyone in the address book to end up on my iPhone. When I look at the syncing setup for the iPhone that appears under the Info tab in iTunes, I see a choice for syncing "Selected Groups." I've identified the persons in my Entourage address book whose information I would like to appear on my iPhone and assigned them an "iPhone" category that I created. However, this "group" never appears in the Info section of iTunes. The only groups that appear are ones that have been created in Apple's Address Book application. Is there a way to get Entourage to communicate with Apple's Address Book application so the names in my Entourage iPhone group are the only names that end up on my iPhone?  - Opening up mbox folders in Entourage My mbox folders have vanished from my folders list, and when I try to drag my mbox files over onto my folder list, nothing happens. I created these mbox folders last year to file messages off of my exchange server, and recently had to delete the old email account and create a new one due to server changes.  - Using OSX Address Book with Entourage Since I am not connected to an Exchange Server, I have had to keep my business contacts in my Entourage Address Book, and my personal contacts in my Mac OSX Address Book.  - Setting dates, events and tasks I am having troubles setting the date of calendar events. When I try to set a time for a new event to start or to finish, if I click on the date within the new event window, it doesn't properly record the date that I want -- instead reverting to the first day of the month.  - unzip software that can work with entourage 2004 Hi, Good morning, I am running Entourage 2004 on my Mac Machine, however there is a big headache of open the zip document in email attachement, every time I need save the zipped attachement on the desktop, then open the file by double click it, this is time consuming. Does anyone know any zip software that can work with Entourage 2004 that allow me to open the zipped document directly from Entourage by double click it, just like what we can do in outlook.  - Entourage X will not send or receive I am using OS 10.3.9 on a G3 iMac. My ISP is AT&T. I recently reinstalled system software. When I follow the instructions for software setup, I receive a message about a security problem-error 2020. I have downloaded and installed available upgrades for OS and Entourage. I have noticed that when I change port numbers, the pop port should be 995 but it retain the information. All other information is saved. How can I solve the problem?  - Exploit-Mime.gen.c virus alert every time Entourage activates Entourage 11.3.6 Ever since I performed the recent MS Office Update for MAC, every time I launch Entourage, my virus software (McAfee VirusScan) gives me a virus notice that a file named "Blck-nnnnnn" (where nnnnnn is a number that changes every time) which is located in "/Documents/Microsoft User Data/Entourage Temp/" contains a virus named "Exploit- Mime.gen.c". This occurs even when I do not initiate any send/receive operations. Looking in the folder, there are no files (even looking with UNIX terminal. I have done a complete scan of all my disks, both with Entourage active and with Entourage inactive, and cannot seem to find anything. Does anyone have any suggestions, as to what I should do next?  - Missing fonts Somehow I've managed to delete some fonts that Entourage uses. When I receive HTML emails from some people, everything is now gobbledygook.  - Deleted IMAP emails remain in Inbox and I want them to leave! Since setting up my IMAP emails (Entourage 2004 11.3.3), when I delete an email from the Inbox, a line goes through the email, but the email remains there in the Inbox, instead of being moved to the Trash. Even if I quit Entourage, restart my Mac, or hit Update List, or Refresh Message List. In all of my IMAP accounts, I have my Advanced Settings set like this: http://www.howhealthworks.com/junkdrawer/EntourageAdvanced.png Do I have something set wrong that would prevent all deleted emails from leaving the Inbox?  - spinning pizza when I open Entourage 11.3.6 Something happened when I was checking mail with Entourage, and now it will not work. Eveytime I open it the Progress pop-up window opnens about half-way and the dreaded spiining pizza of death starts and never stops (I have tried up to 30 min with no change), meaning I cannot check my mail now. Can someone tell me what that means?

This behavior can occur if a damaged message on your e-mail server prevents
access to the rest of your e-mail.
