Entourage Error message -18596

Dear All,
I have Exchange 2003 SP2 and Entourage 11.2.1 (from Office 2004). When I try
to move an email from my inbox to a public folder I get the error message:
(translated from german)
The folder cannot be found on the Exchange Server. The folder might be
deleted or moved or it cannot be accessed (-18596).

The contents of the public folder is visible and the server is beeing
accessed with its FQDN.

I read several post similiar like those:

I solved the problem very simple (and slightly according to
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/884985/en-us? (this document
does not cover the latest Entourage version)

-> Add the affected folder within Entourage to your favourites.

That´s all.
