I have a couple of messages in my Drafts folder that I suddenly cannot
Delete. This just started in the last 24 hours. When I try to select
an error message comes up telling me that the action cannot be
completed. Then when it does get selected and I select the Delete
Icon, nothing happens. If I hit the Delete key, the program quits.
Also, the messages do not show in the drafts folder, only a series of
horizontal lines appear where the messages are suppose to appear. When
I run the arrow curser over the lines, the message will then appear
and then an error message comes window opens up.

I have been being barraged with emails that are quarantined as virus,
probably sorbog. Have been getting rid of them without problem.

Can anyone tell me how to get rid of these messages in my drafts
folder that are evidently the cause of my problem?

Thanks

This sounds like a case of database corruption, indicating you need to
rebuild your database. If you're in Entourage X, first go to Entourage ->
Turn Off Office Notifications. In either version, then quit Entourage, and
restart Entourage holding down the Option key. When the Rebuild dialog box
comes up, choose to do a Typical Rebuild.

In the future please state which version you're using.
