Entourage Conduit for pre-OSX

Any possibility of finding a conduit for palm OS 5
(using Tungsten E) and
Mac OS 9.2.2 (using iMac 333mhz; 192 MB ram)?
Only found for Mac OS X & Entourage X.
I like the features of Entourage and being able to
add palm synching would
be mighty fine.

Here is how to install the Entourage 2001 conduit:
Insert the Microsoft Office 2001 CD. Open the Value Pack, then run the
Value Pack Installer. Check "Handheld Synchronization" and click Install.
