Hi Loren!
If you're able to connect without issues from *outside* your company
network but not *inside* then this tells me you're using your server's
external address. If you're doing that then you could be passing
information through a proxy and/or firewall to get to the Internet and
then be coming back in to your network to connect.
Although you have one server you should have an internal as well as an
external address. Try using the internal address of the server.
