 - Hotsyncing Entourage X with Palm Tungsten E Does anyone know whether it's possible to hotsync Entourage X for Mac OS X.2 with the Palm Tungsten E, which runs Palm Desktop software OS 4.1? I'm currently using an older Palm handheld, which hotsyncs fine with Entourage X. The Microsoft website description of the MS Handheld Synchronization Software says that it works only with Palm OS 4.0. I'm not sure whether Microsoft considers 4.1 the same version or an entirely different one. (All new Palms run either OS 4.1 or 5.0.) Thanks!  - Configuring Entourage with Web Access ONLY I there a method or a work around to configure Entourage to send and received mail to and from my POP account through web access only? I need to have it work as if I am in my home office and connected to my ISP. I travel and consult 4 days per week and only have web access from hotels and corporate offices.  - Exchange and 2 IMAP Accounts I have recently connected Entourage to an Exchange server. I have another independent imap account. Now when my schedule, "Send & Receive All" runs if fails. The message indicates that two of the Exchange folders do not exist. The output of tcpflow indicates that Entourage is trying to sync these two Exchange folders from my independent imap account.  - Entourage and Palm Pilot HotSync I have downloaded all the latest updates for Office and for Entourage, but when I HotSync calendar events that are set down for say 1pm on my Palm turn into 12pm in Entourage.  - Synchronize Mac account Hi guys I'm new to Entourage and just swapping over from using Mail. Any idea how I get Entourage to sync with my .Mac account?  - iSync and Entourage Does anybody use iSync concurrently with Entourage? What are the benefits/pitfalls? I would like to use Entourage as my e-mail client and have its database of addresses sync to my Palm, but I want to use AddressBook.app and iCal as well. I can see my old database in my Identities folder, but every time I open Entourage it creates a new database and cache (and ignores the old one). Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! I tried your last suggestion, the uninstall, the reinstall, the updates (again), the script run again. Oi! And nada... I think I'm starting to see what the problem is, with only some mailboxes being imported from Mail. There have been several imports of mailboxes, from other email apps INTO Mail (from Outlook, for Eudora, etc.) -- those must have created weird maiboxes, in the process, that the Apple Script just doesn't like or recognize. ANYWAY...my latest strategy has been to run an Apple Script that I found that will turn my existing mailboxes in the Mail app into .mbx files, and then put all of those into a folder on my desktop.  - Positioning window in Entourage for REPLY When I click on the REPLY button, to reply to an email, the new window that opens up for me jumps waaaaaaaaay over to the left of my monitor screen (I have a very long Apple Cinema Display monitor). This comes from a problem I just encountered, I received a series of pdf files which I saved to the hard-disk and then 'removed' from the emails (and then deleted the emails).  - Graphics in mail merge? I'm doing mail merges with Word using my Entourage address book as the data source. I create a form letter, which includes some graphics (pictures, logo, etc), in Word. Then I insert the appropriate merge fields, select the desired recipients from the address book, then perform the actual merge. My Entourage outbox will then display the recipients and, when a recipient is selected, Entourage displays the merged form letter for that recipient below. The problem is that the graphics (pictures, logo, etc.) that appear in the original form letter in Word (and in the previewed merged form letter) do not appear in the merged form letters in Entourage. They're just gone - replaced with white space. Where'd they go? What am I doing wrong here? Why doesn't Entourage retain these graphics? Can I not have graphics in merged form letters in Entourage?  - Pulling out mailboxes for archiving... I'd read somewhere on Mactopia, I think, where if you want to "archive" mailboxes you can just drag them to your desk top and store them that way. But when I do that -- drag a mailbox out of Entourag -- it DOES go over to my desktop BUT it also leaves that same mailbox exactly where it was in Entourage's ON MY COMPUTER list/pane. So it's just making a copy of the mailbox, not removing it. What's that about? I want to get some mailboxes OFF of Entourage and just store them for archving.
