Hi Al!
Since you're using Exchange (and I'm assuming Entourage 2004) then your
user can drag all her contacts at once from her local Address Book to
her Exchange Contacts list and they will get copied up to the server for
use later in Outlook.
You can not share an individual's account as a public folder but you can
share her Inbox, Calendar and Contacts to others by right-clicking the
appropriate item, selecting Sharing and assigning the appropriate
permissions. Regardless of whether the others are Entourage or Outlook
users, they can connect to her shared items.
Unlike Outlook users, Entourage users can not use groups or distribution
lists on Exchange. They can create local groups of E-mail addresses.
