As a new Mac user & using Entourage for email, I've been struggling
with how to format the contacts in the Adress book to show the Surname
first, followed by the 'Christian' name. In most other email programs,
there is generally a simple option to check to chose Surname first or
last. Unable to find the trick in Entourage. Any easy solutions?

There is a trick, but it is neither simple nor elegant. Because Entourage
sorts by last name, I'm fine with the way it is now, but I understand why
lots of people prefer it the other way. Here's a workaround:
