My entourage opens automatically when I turn on my computer. It never did
that before. How do I stop it from opening automatically?

Which version of Mac OS are you using? In Leopard, open System Preferences,
click on the Accounts symbol and switch to the Login Items tab. Select
Entourage in the list and click on the minus sign to remove it. These
instructions are similar for earlier versions of Mac OS X, but the tabs and
section names may be slightly different.

I have OSX 10.4.2 Tiger. Thanks for your help, it worked. I don't know how
it was added to log in items. Probably from my husband because he doesn't
know how to work my computer. Now if you could only solve my problem with
my daughters computer. I installed ilife '06 and didn't back up her
pictures. Now I can't find her pictures that were in the old iphoto. When
I open iphoto it tries to import but then says it can't read the file.
She has a G4 with OSX 10.4.11.
