A friend sent me an email with a couple of pdf files attached. As well as a
Microsoft Paint file. Every time I try to open this, my computer crashes.
I've tried deleting also but that too will crash my computer. Very weird and
have never had this happen before. I'm running OS 9.2.2. Is there a way to
get rid of this email, somewhere in the System Folder perhaps? Any thoughts
or ideas on how to rid Entourage of this email would be appreciated. Thank
you.

Turn of Preview Pane in View menu before selecting the message. Then you
won't crash and can delete the message.

Do you have Preview Pane selected. If you do, then turn off Preview Pane.
This will allow you to select the message and delete it.
